Welcome to my web site. I’m Tilmann Zäschke, a software engineer and free-software author based in Switzerland.

My personal projects:

• PH-tree, a multidimensionbal index, currently available for C++ and Java.
• ZooDB, a Java ODBMS with partial support for the JDO standard.
• ode4j, a Java port of the ODE C++ 3D rigid body physics engine.
• TinSpin, a Java framework for benchmarking spatial or multi-dimensional indexes.
• tinspin-index-library, a Java library with different spatial indexes: R*Tree, STR-Tree, kd-tree, quadtree and quadtree variants.

I am also a member of the Apache software foundation and contribute regularly to the Apache JDO project.
